We want you to love your NAMED COLLECTIVE® pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure your return is processed correctly.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
